Khanh Hoa Department of Home Affairs disseminates labor policies and laws to more than 200 businesses

On July 4, Khanh Hoa Department of Home Affairs held a conference to disseminate and discuss policies and laws on labor, wages, social insurance, unemployment insurance and regulations on foreign workers working in Vietnam for representatives of more than 200 enterprises in the province.

At the conference, delegates were informed about the Law on Social Insurance 2024; regulations on the adjustment of monthly salary and income for which social insurance has been paid; legal policies on unemployment insurance for employees; some main contents of Decree No. 145 dated December 14, 2020 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Labor Code on working conditions and labor relations; instructions on regulations on foreign workers working in Vietnam; instructions on some contents on labor safety and hygiene. In addition, the relevant agencies also organized a direct dialogue session for business representatives to discuss and answer questions related to the implementation of labor policies and laws.
