According to Architect Tran Ngoc Chinh, former Deputy Minister of Construction , Chairman of the Vietnam Urban Planning and Development Association, the coastal cities in the East of Dak Lak are gradually forming their own identity with a system of parks, trees, harmonious landscapes and airy living environment. This is an advantage that attracts domestic and foreign investors.

A clear proof is that Tuy Hoa coastal park is not only a space for people to play and relax, but also creates a green landscape highlight along the coast, attracting a large number of tourists. Along the long, winding coastline, the wild area with sand dunes and pine forests has now been leveled and paved with smooth granite and basalt. The dense, dense clusters of casuarinas in the past are now neatly trimmed and airy. The space along the coast is also covered with green with rows of casuarinas, coconut trees, square banyan trees, Washington palms, and maple trees interspersed with carpets of flowers and cool green grass.

Along the Tuy Hoa coastal park, Nghinh Phong Tower Square is a unique architectural work, creating a distinctive highlight of Tuy Hoa compared to neighboring coastal cities. At the end of 2023, the project was awarded the Asian Urban Landscape and World's Leading City Tourism Work awards. International awards for landscape, architecture, and tourism for Nghinh Phong Tower Square are not only a source of pride but also contribute to promoting the local image to tourists everywhere.

Not only stopping at public spaces, the area of Binh Kien and Tuy Hoa wards is also attracting many investors to build a series of commercial housing projects with modern architecture. Many projects have been formed, creating a spacious highlight for the urban area such as Vincom Shophouse, HTL Seaside, Regal Maison Phu Yen...

In the period of 2021 - 2025, the Dak Lak Eastern Region Construction Investment Project Management Board will implement 74 projects, with a total investment of about 17,992 billion VND. A series of invested projects put into use have promoted investment efficiency, promoted development, and connected traffic infrastructure between localities in the province and neighboring areas.

Mr. Peter Ryder, founder and Executive Chairman of Indochina Capital Group, said that the group has invested in and put into operation the Wink Hotel, which has a direct view of Phu Yen Square as well as Tuy Hoa beach. “I am very impressed with the favorable natural conditions for the locality with a long coastline and surrounding ecosystems including parks, squares... very airy. These are great potentials for tourism development,” Mr. Peter Ryder expressed.

With the advantages of the newly handed over land, Nang Ban Mai Investment Group Joint Stock Company has mobilized dozens of vehicles, equipment and workers to focus on speeding up the construction progress of Road No. 14, from Nguyen Tat Thanh Street to Doc Lap Street. The project is nearly 2.1 km long, 40 m wide, with a total investment of more than 238 billion VND. This is one of the main traffic routes to meet the needs of urban development and land exploitation, gradually forming and embellishing the architecture and urban landscape in the East of Dak Lak.

Mr. Pham Van Nhat, Head of Technical Department of Nang Ban Mai Investment Group Joint Stock Company informed: Immediately after having a clean site, the consortium of contractors mobilized more than 40 officers, engineers, workers along with necessary equipment and machinery to organize the construction teams. Taking advantage of favorable weather, the Dak Lak Eastern Region Construction Investment Project Management Board is urging contractors to urgently construct wastewater collection pipeline systems on a number of roads in Tuy Hoa Ward. According to Mr. Pham Hoai Viet, project supervisor (representative of the investor), the construction unit has completed about 40% of the contract volume, and is organizing a series of construction teams to focus on digging and installing drainage pipes on some remaining sections such as Tran Phu, Le Duan... to complete the project this year. The main objective of the project is to collect wastewater, serving the connection of service projects along the roads, contributing to ensuring urban environmental sanitation.

Along the coast, a series of sea dike projects have been and are being gradually completed, creating a solid wall to protect the infrastructure and residential areas inside. In addition to the sea dikes that have been put into use such as Xom Ro, An Phu, Da Nong, etc., the Dak Lak Eastern Region Investment and Construction Project Management Board is continuing to deploy work to complete the anti-erosion and silting of the Da Dien estuary. The contractor is constructing the concrete road surface, stacking stones to complete the sea dike slope, and concrete the top of the sea dike in the Northern breakwater project.

Mr. Dang Khoa Dam, Director of the Dak Lak Eastern Region Construction Investment Project Management Board, affirmed: Clearly identifying the importance of the projects for the socio-economic development of the province, the unit has requested relevant units to improve their sense of responsibility and capacity in project management; prevent loss and waste, and promote the effective use of capital. Contractors make detailed progress schedules for each project item and report weekly to the investor; focus on good control of quality and progress.
