The training course focuses on studying 7 key topics: Ethnic minority communities and ethnic relations in Vietnam; the Party's viewpoints, policies and guidelines on ethnic issues and ethnic work; the State's laws and policies on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas; ethnic minority culture in Vietnam; the grassroots political system in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in Vietnam today; ensuring national defense and security in ethnic minority and mountainous areas; The Army's participation in resolving some complicated situations in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.
