The Political Commissar of Command 86 requested to organize information and propaganda activities well; improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and organizations at all levels. At the same time, carefully prepare and successfully organize the 2nd Congress of Party Delegates of the Command for the 2025-2030 term.
