(Dan Tri) - Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Dinh Dai has assumed the role of Director of MEDLATEC General Hospital since July 1, opening up expectations in improving professional quality, developing specialized medical services and gradually affirming the position of MEDLATEC.

Previously, on May 19, Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Dinh Dai started working at MEDLATEC General Hospital. With trust in his expertise and management capacity, the associate professor was invited by the leadership of the MEDLATEC Healthcare System to take on the position of Professional Director.

Dr. Nguyen Tri Anh - General Director of the Group - presented the decision to appoint Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Dinh Dai to the position of Director of MEDLATEC General Hospital.

Associate Professor, Doctor, Doctor of Science Pham Dinh Dai is a leading expert in the field of Neurology, stroke and neurovascular intervention.

He graduated as a general practitioner from the Military Medical Academy in 1991, then continued to pursue a professional path with higher degrees: Specialist I in Internal Medicine (2000); Master in Internal Medicine (2005); scientific intern at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital - Seoul National University (Korea), specializing in Neurovascular Intervention (2009); Doctor of Internal Medicine (2011).

Associate Professor has studied in countries with developed medicine such as: USA, Russia, Austria, Japan, Singapore, Korea... Training content focuses on specialized fields including: neurovascular intervention, stroke and neurological rehabilitation.

Before joining MEDLATEC, Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Dinh Dai had more than 35 years of experience working at Military Hospital 103 - Military Medical Academy, holding many important positions such as: Head of Stroke - Neurovascular Intervention Department; Deputy Head of Neurology Department at Military Medical Academy.

The new Director of MEDLATEC General Hospital is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Stroke Association, a member of the Executive Committee of the Northern Stroke Association, and Vice President of the Hanoi Stroke Association.

In terms of academics, he is the co-author of more than 80 domestic scientific articles, 6 international articles, 7 monographs and 11 research works that have been directly applied in the diagnosis and treatment of neurological diseases. He has many times held the role of National Acceptance Council Member, Member of the Council for Evaluation of International Cooperation Projects according to the Protocol.

The new Director of MEDLATEC General Hospital is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Stroke Association.
