“Shooting into the air” by veteran journalist Ta Ngoc Tan

The Truth National Political Publishing House has just released the book "Shooting into the sky" by Professor, Dr. Ta Ngoc Tan, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025).

Prof. Dr. Ta Ngoc Tan is a veteran journalist and teacher of many generations of journalists. “Shooting to the sky” is a collection of 94 short stories, based on stories and incidents that have been widely published in the media. Through them, the author sends gentle warnings and reminders with the hope that society will become better and better. These are satirical short stories in a constructive spirit such as “Learning from experience”, “Fishing in troubled waters”, “Please - give”, “Stuck institutions”, “Sim trash”, “Fake news is the enemy”… Or short stories that spread positive and humane values ​​such as “Real miracles”, “Mothers who set an example of kindness”, “Warm heart”… The 94 short stories were written by Prof. Dr. Ta Ngoc Tan continuously over 6 years (2019-2024), arranged in chronological order.
