According to the announced decisions, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front consists of 19 departments and units. Among them, the advisory and support departments for common use include: Organization and Inspection Department; Democracy, Supervision and Social Criticism Department; Social Work Department; Propaganda Department; Ethnic and Religious Department; People's Foreign Affairs Department; Mass Association Work Department; Finance - Planning Department, Agency Office.
Special committees include: Trade Union Working Committee; Labor Relations Committee; Farmers Working Committee; Youth Working Committee; Women Working Committee.
The public service units include: Institute for Training, Fostering Cadres and Scientific Research; Office of the Vietnam Catholic Solidarity Committee; Museum of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Dai Doan Ket Newspaper.
The total number of people in the departments and units is 446. Of which, 141 are leaders; 236 are civil servants; 69 are officials of the departments and units using the same device.

Speaking at the ceremony assigning tasks to the departments and units officially operating under the new model, Chairman Do Van Chien said that this is a special event, implementing the major policy of the Party and the law of the State, bringing 5 political and social organizations under one roof of great national unity.
He requested the heads of departments, officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to carefully study the Politburo 's decisions on establishing the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and central mass organizations; Decision No. 304-QD/TW of the Politburo on the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; and decisions on the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of departments and units. Thereby, they will grasp the organizational model, the operating methods of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations under the Vietnam Fatherland Front, associated with the initiative and creativity of each organization.
He noted that all cadres need to thoroughly grasp the direction of General Secretary To Lam at the working session and hand over the decision of the Politburo on the establishment of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. In that spirit, heads of departments, units, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers must do their own political and ideological work; proactively determine immediate and long-term tasks for their positions and responsibilities with the motto "playing their roles well and knowing their lessons well".

Mr. Do Van Chien requested that from July 1, departments and units must quickly stabilize their organization and arrange their offices according to the diagram approved by the Standing Committee. Heads of departments and units need to unify and assign specific tasks to each civil servant and public employee according to their assigned functions and tasks; at the same time, develop working regulations and submit them for approval for strict implementation.
According to the assignment of the Standing Committee, the departments and units need to focus highly on implementing the 6 key tasks of the Fatherland Front and Central organizations from now until the end of 2025.
In particular, it is necessary to grasp the implementation situation of the Fatherland Front model, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations according to the new two-level local government model (province and commune). Proactively grasp difficulties and obstacles to promptly advise and propose appropriate solutions, ensuring smooth, effective operations, on schedule and as required.
Mr. Do Van Chien sent a message of solidarity to all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; emphasized that the new apparatus of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations must strongly focus on the grassroots, closely follow residential areas, be close to the people, serve the people; at the same time, thoroughly grasp the spirit of "new apparatus must go hand in hand with new thinking".
Representing the appointed staff, Mr. Cao Xuan Thao, Head of the Social Work Department, expressed his determination to promote the spirit of solidarity, innovation and creativity, and make the greatest effort to successfully complete the task of advising, assisting and effectively serving the leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations. He emphasized that he and the collective will soon stabilize the organization, assign tasks and get to work immediately.
