At the conference, Chief of the Office of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Doan Hung Vu Hung announced the decisions to establish 8 departments under the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; along with the decisions to appoint personnel.
Accordingly, the Decision to establish the Department of Mass Mobilization of State Agencies, Mass Organizations and Associations; Decision to appoint comrade Phan Le Vu , former Head of the Department of Mass Mobilization of State Agencies and Ethnicities - Religions, Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee (before the merger) to hold the position of Head of the Department of Mass Mobilization of State Agencies, Mass Organizations and Associations, Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee. Along with that are the decisions to appoint Deputy Heads of the Department.
Decision to establish the Office of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the City Party Committee; Decision to appoint comrade Doan Hung Vu Hung , former Chief of the Office of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee (before the merger) to hold the position of Chief of the Office of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee. Along with that are the decisions to appoint Deputy Heads of the Office.
Decision to establish the Department of Ethnic and Religious Affairs; Decision to appoint comrade Phan Cong Vinh , former Head of the Department of Mass Mobilization of State Agencies and Ethnic and Religious Affairs, Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Head of the Department of Ethnic and Religious Affairs, Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee. Along with that, the decisions to appoint Deputy Heads of Departments were announced.

Along with that are the decisions to appoint Deputy Heads of the Department.
Speaking at the assignment, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Manh Cuong emphasized the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, attachment, empathy, sharing, support, and close coordination to well perform the assigned tasks.
Comrade Nguyen Manh Cuong clearly stated the tasks that need to be done immediately in the coming time. Among them, quickly stabilizing the organization and staff to get to work right away; urgently coordinating the reorganization of the Party cell, ensuring strict implementation in Party cell activities.
The Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee also directed to review and pay attention to the conditions of facilities and support policies so that the staff can work with peace of mind, especially those from Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau provinces (old) who come to work in Ho Chi Minh City.
