Implementing Directive No. 82/CT-BQP and Plan No. 3453/KH-TCHCKT, the Hanoi Capital Command has coordinated with TCHC-KT agencies to promptly deploy directives from superiors to promptly ensure HCKT materials for task A80; coordinated with the General Staff, the Barracks Department/TCHC-KT to inspect electrical safety, lightning protection, and fire and explosion prevention of barracks at Infantry Regiment 692 to ensure that forces of Military Region 5 can carry out task A80; the Hanoi Capital Command has requested the Hanoi Electricity Corporation to ensure power supply for training, practice, joint training, parade, and marching areas for task A80.

At the same time, coordinate and contact the Hanoi Department of Health to grasp the epidemic situation in the area; participate in developing a medical response plan developed by the Department of Health and submitted to the Hanoi People's Committee; support the development of maps, diagrams, and deployment of medical duty points in Ba Dinh Square and along the streets where the parade and marching forces pass; survey the expected locations for deploying emergency tents, treatment... The Department of HC-KT has coordinated with agencies and the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Hanoi to conduct field surveys of the expected locations for installing mobile toilets to serve the A80 mission. It is expected to develop a plan to ensure about 1,150 toilets.

Concluding the Conference, Major General Huynh Tan Hung acknowledged and commended the achievements of the Hanoi Capital Command and the 969th Command. To continue to effectively implement the logistics support for the A80 mission in the coming time, Major General Huynh Tan Hung requested the Hanoi Capital Command, the 969th Command and relevant agencies to closely coordinate with the departments and branches of Hanoi City to develop a plan to ensure logistics for the distribution of gifts and necessities in the grandstand areas for delegates and solemn guests; ensure electricity, water, healthcare, and environmental sanitation in the assembly area for the parade and marching forces and in the Ba Dinh Square area during the joint training sessions of the forces, preliminary rehearsals, final rehearsals and the official ceremony.

Advise on the establishment of mobile emergency medical teams, epidemic prevention medical teams, and medical material assurance teams to carry out tasks. Coordinate with relevant agencies to conduct health examinations and selection for drivers and forces participating in the honor guard according to regulations; direct, guide, and inspect medical agencies and units in performing military medical tasks; focus on epidemic prevention; heatstroke, heatstroke, and emergency care, admission, and treatment for forces...
