According to the regulations, candidates participate in 3 parts of the exam including: Preparing political lectures; knowledge; practicing lectures combined with handling pedagogical situations during lectures.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Vinh, Political Commissar of Training Center 334, emphasized that the contest is an important basis to help political cadres at all levels check the process of preparing outlines and political lectures; correctly assess the level of capacity, ability to grasp and convey the Party's viewpoints and policies, and State laws and policies; especially grasp and widely propagate resolutions at all levels of the team of political teachers in the Center; constantly improve the quality of politicaleducation work, fight to protect the Party's ideological foundation, meet the requirements of the Army's tasks in general, and of the General Staff and the General Department of Logistics and Engineering in particular in the new situation.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded first prize to Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Chung, Political Commissar of Training Team 6 and many other individual awards.
