Speaking at the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong highly appreciated the preparations for the 2025-2030 Party Congress of Military Region 7. At the same time, he requested the Party Committee and Command of Military Region 7 to fully absorb the appraisal opinions of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army and the opinions of the working delegation to supplement and complete the draft documents of the congress, lead the building of strong and comprehensive agencies and units, "exemplary and typical", and build a clean and strong Party Committee of Military Region 7.
