At the conference, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Do Van Trang, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Regiment, disseminated the Resolution on leadership in implementing tasks for the last 6 months of 2025 of the Regiment Party Committee and reported on the summary of the peak emulation and raid campaigns in the first 6 months of 2025.

Promoting the results of the recent emulation campaigns and to make practical achievements to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945/August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945/September 2, 2025), welcoming the 11th National Emulation Congress for Victory, the 12th Congress of the Party Committee of the Army. The Party Committee - Regiment Commander, the Regiment Council launched a peak emulation campaign with the theme: "Raise high the August red flag - Emulate to win 3 firsts", launched from July 10 to October 31, focusing on the following contents: Highest will, awareness, responsibility; performing political tasks with the highest results; building discipline, law enforcement, and strictest discipline; Military administrative reform, breakthrough innovation, digital transformation and implementation of the "Digital Popular Education" Movement achieved the highest results.

Speaking at the conference, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Do Van Trang called on officers, soldiers, employees and workers in the Regiment to always uphold the sense of responsibility, actively respond, unite, and be determined to successfully implement the set emulation contents and targets, especially to excellently complete the tasks in 2025, building a strong and comprehensive unit that is "exemplary and typical".

Immediately after the launching ceremony, representatives of agencies and units signed the emulation covenant, demonstrated their determination to unite, unify will and action, promote unit traditions, maintain the sense of responsibility, overcome difficulties, and be determined to successfully achieve the set emulation goals.
