Specifically, for the summary conference, an official dispatch was issued to guide agencies and units in summarizing the emulation movement; orienting speeches and reports on typical and outstanding models of mass mobilization "Skilled Mass Mobilization"; establishing a conference organizing committee; completing the movement summary report and conference script; grasping the composition of delegates and synthesizing the reward work.

Regarding training preparation, we have coordinated with the Political Department of the units to prepare content, organize training on special propaganda plans on land, sea and islands; develop lectures and video clips for training; coordinate with relevant localities to do a good job of preparation, ensuring security and safety for the activities of the training class.

The agencies also reported to the Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics the progress of the tasks that are still being implemented.

In his concluding remarks, Lieutenant General Truong Thien To requested agencies and units to continue to complete the conference program, specifically identify the guest composition at the central bridge and local bridges; train and select advanced models, quality reports; solemnly decorate the conference; welcome guests attentively, coordinate closely, and implement the correct timelines.

Regarding training, the Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics emphasized that the content must be practical and useful, especially in terms of special propaganda work; the reporters must be selected appropriately; the participants in the training course must be determined to be the right subjects, with the right functions and tasks. At the same time, coordinate well with related units, carefully prepare for reception, travel, accommodation, ensure absolute safety for people and food hygiene and safety.
