Vinh Hung, Hoang Liet, and Tuong Mai wards present scientific and convenient National Day gifts to the people on September 2nd.

On August 31, it was noted that in Vinh Hung, Hoang Liet and Tuong Mai wards, the implementation of giving 100,000 VND from the State to people on the occasion of National Day, September 2, was organized scientifically, bringing joy and excitement to the people.

Vinh Hung Ward has 63,434 people. To promptly pay the people, the ward has established 26 working groups and on the afternoon of August 31, payments were made at 26 locations (cultural houses, meeting houses, schools) in the residential areas.

Chairman of Vinh Hung Ward People's Committee Pham Hai Binh said: "Recognizing the significance of giving gifts to people on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 is extremely meaningful, Vinh Hung Ward has focused on implementing with the goal of ensuring timely, safe and accurate gift giving, so that people receiving gifts feel cared for and appreciated."

In Hoang Liet Ward, 63,068 people received money on the occasion of September 2, 2025. To effectively implement, on the morning of August 31, the Ward People's Committee held a meeting with departments, branches, residential groups and related units, agreeing to deploy 10 gift distribution points. At the points, ward officials, local police forces, youth union members, party cell secretaries, and residential group leaders actively participated, ensuring that the gift giving took place smoothly and promptly.

As of the late afternoon of August 31, Hoang Liet ward had paid gifts to 14,782 people, equivalent to 1,478,200,000 VND.

For Tuong Mai ward, the population is 116,648, so the ward determined that the payment needs to be organized scientifically and conveniently for the people. The payment locations are at 10 spacious locations, convenient for people to travel to, such as: Ward Military Headquarters, Ward Cultural Information and Sports Center, and Minh Khai Ward People's Committee Headquarters (old). At these locations, there are many supporting forces, ensuring the payment takes place smoothly and quickly.

The ward divides the payment into 2 phases. Phase 1: August 31, 2025, payment from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; September 1, 2025, payment in 3 shifts: morning, afternoon, and evening. Phase 2: From September 3, 2025 to September 14, 2025, payment in 2 shifts: morning and afternoon.

According to Chairwoman of Tuong Mai Ward People's Committee Dao Thi Thu Hang, although the deadline is September 14, the ward strives to complete the payment before 5:00 p.m. on September 1, so that people can fully enjoy the Independence Day celebration.
