5:30: Bustling atmosphere at Ba Dinh Square

At the historic Ba Dinh Square, the groups have gathered, adjusted their formations, teams and made other preparations. The stands are already packed with seats.

According to Lao Dong reporters, the current weather in Ba Dinh Square is around 25 degrees, cloudy, no rain. The weather is relatively favorable for the parade, march, and celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, September 2.

The celebration, parade, and march to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2) will take place at Ba Dinh Square ( Hanoi ) from 6:30 a.m. on September 2.

In the jubilant atmosphere of Independence Day, the country converges here to celebrate the glorious golden history of the nation!

Today's parade and marching formation recreates and affirms the great stature and great value of the August Revolution, giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam - the first people's democratic state in Southeast Asia; smashing the domination of colonialism and fascism; abolishing the feudal regime; creating a historical turning point, turning our country from a colony into an independent, sovereign nation; our people from being slaves became masters of the country; opening a new era - the era of national independence and socialism.

The great victory of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is an immortal heroic epic, a brilliant symbol of ardent patriotism; converging the strength of great solidarity; the burning desire for independence and freedom of the entire resilient and indomitable nation under the leadership of the Party and President Ho Chi Minh; is a victory of justice and social progress; of conscience and human dignity; becoming a source of inspiration and a strong driving force to promote the movement for national liberation around the world.

The spirit of the August Revolution and National Day 2.9 will forever be a source of pride and a torch to light the way; create great material and spiritual strength; encourage our entire Party, people and army to promote revolutionary heroism; the will to fight and win; enthusiastically compete in labor, production, innovation and creativity; realize the aspiration to develop a strong, prosperous and happy country in the new era of development, the era of national growth!

After performing the Party and State ceremonies and rituals, there will be a parade and march.

Parade content of the Army, foreign armies, and the Police; weapons and equipment systems of the Army, and special vehicles of the Police.

There are 6 forces participating in the parade, including: Traditional Torch Relay Force and Fire Guard; Ceremonial Artillery Force; Air Force flying salute.

The parade and marching forces include: 4 Honor Guards; 43 blocs representing the people's armed forces including 26 Army blocs, 17 Police blocs); 4 foreign military blocs including: China, Russia, Laos, Cambodia; Military vehicles, artillery, special Police vehicles; Sea parade force; 12 mass parade blocs; 1 Culture and Sports bloc.

The standing forces as the background include the Honor Guards and 29 standing blocks (18 armed forces blocks standing opposite stand A; 11 mass blocks standing on both sides of the armed forces blocks; and the forces forming shapes and letters.

For the sea parade force held in Khanh Hoa province, including: Navy, Coast Guard, Border Guard and Military Region 5, with many types of weapons and equipment: Command ships; maritime patrol aircraft, anti-submarine helicopters; submarine squadrons, missile frigates, anti-submarine frigates, fast attack missile boats, gunboats of the Navy; squadrons of Coast Guard ships; Border Guard and Standing Militia Squadron, along with many other modern means and equipment.

Along with that, in the area in front of My Dinh Stadium (Hanoi), 15 105mm ceremonial cannons of the Artillery - Missile Command are also ready for the program of celebration, parade, and march to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.

After passing through Ba Dinh Square, the parades have the following route:

The Royal Guards Block: follow the direction of Nguyen Thai Hoc - Trang Thi - Trang Tien, ending at August Revolution Square.

The walking bloc (Army, Police, militia, foreign delegation) withdrew in 3 main directions:

Nguyen Thai Hoc - Kim Ma - Lieu Giai - Van Cao - Quan Ngua Stadium.

Nguyen Thai Hoc - Trang Thi - Trang Tien - August Revolution Square.

Nguyen Thai Hoc - Le Duan - Thong Nhat Park.

Mobile Police and Cavalry: Turn onto Le Hong Phong - Ngoc Ha street, towards Bach Thao Park.

Red Flag Block: Turn from Le Hong Phong - Doi Can - Giang Van Minh - Kim Ma - Lieu Giai, to Quan Ngua.

Mass, Culture - Sports: Go straight through the stage, ending at Hang Day Stadium (model car turns Nguyen Thai Hoc - Trinh Hoai Duc).

Motor vehicle block: Divided into 2 main routes:

North Gate - Nghi Tam - Au Co - Vo Chi Cong - Duong Lang - Tran Duy Hung - Thang Long Boulevard - Le Quang Dao - F1 Racetrack.
