Quang Ngai : Giving gifts overnight to every citizen
On the evening of August 31, Mr. Tran Quoc Huy, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tu Mo Rong Commune, Quang Ngai Province, said that the commune had mobilized its maximum force to organize the giving of Independence Day gifts to all 6,436 people in the area. Immediately after receiving money from the bank at 3:00 p.m. the same day, the local government immediately deployed a force of 30 officers, police, and militia to organize the giving of gifts at 18 locations, mainly communal houses in each village.

The donation is done in two forms: through VNeID accounts for registered people, and directly with full confirmation procedures, ensuring "no one is left out, no one is at a disadvantage".

Mr. Vy Van Chom (Ty Tu village) emotionally shared: “The gift is not big but very precious. We feel the care of the Party, State, and Government even in the most remote villages. The Xo Dang people are very touched and grateful.”
Dak Lak : More than 330 billion VND deployed promptly
In Dak Lak province, according to Mr. Tran Van Tan, Director of the Department of Finance, the locality has been allocated more than 330 billion VND by the Central Government to give gifts to people on the occasion of September 2. The Provincial People's Committee has directed departments, branches, and commune-level People's Committees to urgently coordinate to review the beneficiaries and organize the gift distribution before September 2.
Mr. Ngo Dinh Thien, Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee, said that the locality requires that the donation must be timely, transparent, and directed to the right recipients, without loss or negativity.
In Cu M'gar commune, Chairman of the People's Committee Phan Xuan Luc said that many working groups have been established, coordinating with the self-management boards of villages and hamlets to implement the gift giving to more than 32,000 people, with a total cost of about 3.2 billion VND. It is expected to be completed before September 1.
In Buon Don commune , more than 6,500 people, including many in remote and isolated areas such as Drang Phok village (located in Yok Don National Park), are also receiving gifts through working groups that go to the place. Chairman of the commune People's Committee Nguyen Canh Tung said: "We use loudspeakers and the village chief goes to each household to make announcements. Despite the difficult terrain, the commune is determined to pay correctly and fully, not to let people wait long."
According to the Ministry of Finance's guidance, gift giving must be completed before September 1. In special cases, it can be extended to no later than September 15.
