The ceremony announced Decision No. 1932/QD-BTP dated June 25, 2025 of the Minister of Justice establishing the Civil Judgment Enforcement of Tuyen Quang province under the Civil Judgment Enforcement Management Department on the basis of reorganizing the Civil Judgment Enforcement agencies in Tuyen Quang province and Ha Giang province before the arrangement.
Accordingly, Tuyen Quang Province Civil Judgment Enforcement has 4 specialized departments (Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement and Organization; Department of Inspection and Complaints Resolution; Department of Finance and Accounting, Office) and 8 Regional Civil Judgment Enforcement Departments.
At the announcement ceremony on July 4, the Ministry of Justice announced and presented the decision to appoint comrade Nguyen Tuyen, Director of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Tuyen Quang province, to hold the position of Head of Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Tuyen Quang province.
At the same time, the decision of the Minister of Justice to appoint 5 comrades to the position of Deputy Head of Civil Judgment Enforcement of Tuyen Quang province was announced, including: Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huyen; Ms. Phan Thi Mai Thao; Mr. Tran Quang Hung and Mr. Bui Van Son.

The announcement of Decisions on the organization, apparatus and staff of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency of Tuyen Quang province is an inevitable task in the process of innovation and reorganization of the political system in the spirit of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the 12th Central Executive Committee and directive documents of the Central, National Assembly, Government and Prime Minister. At the same time, it marks an important transformation in terms of institutions, organization and thinking in managing the state administrative apparatus. At the same time, it increases the initiative and flexibility of provincial civil judgment enforcement agencies, contributing to bringing the civil judgment enforcement system closer to the people and serving the people better.

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Manh Tuan sent congratulations from the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to the Civil Judgment Enforcement of Tuyen Quang Province and the cadres appointed to leadership positions this time. He requested: The Civil Judgment Enforcement of Tuyen Quang Province continues to promote the achievements it has made, unite, strive, and be determined to overcome difficulties to successfully complete all political tasks assigned by the sector, Party Committees, and local authorities.
He believed that the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency would continue to coordinate well with all levels and sectors to effectively carry out assigned tasks, limiting backlogs and prolonging cases. The staff of the agency would uphold their political qualities, resolutely prevent negativity when performing their duties, maintain discipline and administrative order, contributing to building a civil judgment enforcement system that is "integral, professional, disciplined, and effective".
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Quang Thai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Justice emphasized: Changing operations to the new model requires each civil enforcement officer of Tuyen Quang province to promptly start working, especially in receiving, issuing decisions on enforcement and organizing enforcement, without interruption, without affecting the legitimate rights and interests of people and businesses.
Proactively review and advise on the final resolution of outstanding issues; promptly report to competent authorities for consideration, guidance, and handling of arising issues, difficulties, and obstacles that need to be resolved during the process of organizing and implementing tasks. Along with that, promoting the application of information technology and comprehensive digital transformation is considered an important factor, contributing to the decision in successfully implementing assigned targets and tasks.
On this occasion, the leaders of the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement also presented decisions to comrades who were allowed to retire or quit their jobs to enjoy benefits and policies according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP of the Government.
