Capacity building training for 150 cadres working on poverty reduction propaganda for the youth union - Cao Bang Electronic Newspaper

On the morning of July 7, the Provincial Youth Union organized a training conference to improve the capacity of cadres working on poverty reduction propaganda in 2025 for 150 union cadres, union members, and youth.

The training course disseminates the following topics: Strategy for developing grassroots information on poverty reduction in areas with ethnic minorities and areas with difficulties in socio -economic development; guidelines on developing plans to implement national target programs with community participation; some contents on diversifying livelihoods and developing poverty reduction models; improving capacity for implementing propaganda work on poverty reduction; guidance on methods for reviewing and classifying poor and near-poor households; enhancing the responsibility of all levels, sectors, mass organizations and people in supporting the poor. Practicing skills in designing communication products, applying multimedia communication tools in information poverty reduction work for grassroots Youth Union officials; supporting people to access and grasp the State's policies for poor and near-poor households.

Through training, it helps grassroots union officials have solutions to innovate the content and methods of information and propaganda on sustainable poverty reduction work; at the same time, actively participate in disseminating and propagating to union members and local youth to do poverty reduction work, successfully implementing the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction.
