The project provides about 300 apartments, serving 900 people, with a plan to complete in the period of 2025-2027.
In the context of increasing demand for social housing in urban areas, these decisions of the Provincial People's Committee on the investment policy of 3 social housing projects have created an important boost for a fair, sustainable and humane housing market. With a total of nearly 2,940 apartments, the 3 projects will help thousands of households have the opportunity to access housing at reasonable prices, solving the need for social housing for subjects according to the provisions of the Housing Law. This is a positive number in the context that many localities across the country are facing difficulties in land funds, capital investment and legal procedures related to social housing. And by continuing to approve investment policies for social housing projects, Quang Ninh is gradually approaching the goal of completing 17,588 apartments in the 2025-2030 period, accelerating the completion of the target of 1 million social housing units set by the Government .
