At the meeting, voters proposed increasing resources, organizing training to improve the capacity of groundswells officials in implementing the two-level local government model; investing in facilities and technological equipment for management and operation to ensure efficiency and avoid overloading at the commune level.
At the same time, voters recommend tightening market inspection and control, strictly handling acts of producing and trading fake and poor quality goods, especially items that affect health such as medicines, functional foods, and cosmetics.
Voters are also interested in investment in transport, urban, commercial and service infrastructure; civil works and basic healthcare .
Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Quang Phuong acknowledged the efforts of the Party Committee and government of Quang Ngai province in implementing the two-level local government model in the spirit of Resolution 18 of the Central Committee.
He asked voters to continue supporting major policies of the Party and State; promote the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, and join hands to build the homeland.

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Quang Phuong presented 15 gifts to policy families, expressing deep gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of war invalids and martyrs in the cause of national liberation and defense of the Fatherland.
Also on the afternoon of July 8, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Quang Phuong had a working session with the Standing Committee of the People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ngai province on the local socio-economic development, defense, and security situation.
At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang, Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee, informed about the socio-economic development situation of the province in the first 6 months of 2025. The province's gross regional domestic product (GRDP) increased by 11.51%, ranking 1st out of 34 provinces and cities nationally.
Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Quang Phuong acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and outstanding results of Quang Ngai province in socio-economic development, especially the initial effective implementation of the two-level local government model, contributing to streamlining the apparatus and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of local state management.
Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Quang Phuong requested Quang Ngai province to continue to pay attention, support and create favorable conditions for cadres and civil servants from Kon Tum province (formerly) who were transferred to Quang Ngai to work and stabilize their jobs and lives. At the same time, he requested the locality to fully and promptly implement the regimes and policies for retired cadres and civil servants.
