Rewarding the force that solves the case of storing and transporting 1.3 tons of explosives

Quang Ngai Provincial Police have just awarded certificates of merit to forces with outstanding and extraordinary achievements in fighting against a special case, destroying a case of illegal transportation of more than 1.3 tons of explosives.

On behalf of Quang Ngai Police, Colonel Vo Van Duong, Head of the Investigation Security Agency, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, awarded certificates of merit to 2 groups and 10 individuals who had outstanding achievements in fighting the case, arresting 4 subjects illicit transporting and storing explosives.

Collectives and individuals received certificates of merit for outstanding and outstanding achievements in solving cases.

Previously, on the evening of May 8, on the North-South Van Tuong route, Van Tuong commune, the provincial police force caught red-handed two mothers and daughters Truong Thi Be (born in 1979) and Pham Thanh An (born in 2002, both interpreted in Dong Son commune, Quang Ngai province) for illicit transporting explosives, temporarily seizing 90kg of explosives.

Expanding the investigation and urgently searching the suspects' residences, the Quang Ngai Provincial Police continued to discover and temporarily seize 1,306 kg of explosives and 3,895 detonators; and at the same time arrested 2 more suspects.

The above subjects specialize in buying, selling, and storing explosives to supply to subjects illicit exploiting seafood at sea.
