A woman was seriously injured after falling from a low-voltage power line on DT 744 Street, Tay Nam Ward, Ho Chi Minh City to the ground. The victim was later taken to the emergency room by local residents.

Earlier, at around 9am on July 4, people traveling on DT 744 Street, Tay Nam Ward, suddenly discovered a woman clinging to and crawling on a power line. A video recorded by a witness showed that the woman crawled a few meters before suddenly falling to the ground.

Some residents said the woman usually sells lottery tickets around this area and appeared to be mentally unstable.
