Regarding the invitation to participate in the category: "Selecting a non-aviation space business unit at Phu Bai International Airport in 2025"

Pursuant to Decision No. 134/QD-CHKQTPB dated July 3, 2025 of the Director of Phu Bai International Airport on Approval of the Invitation to Participate Document and Plan for selecting partners for the category "Selection of non-aviation space business units at Phu Bai International Airport in 2025";

Currently, Phu Bai International Airport announces the plan to organize the selection of non-aviation business cooperation partners at Passenger Terminal T2 - Phu Bai International Airport, ensure the provision of quality services, serving the needs of passengers, the selection plan is as follows:

1. Time

- Issuance of invitation to participate in selection: 10:30 am, July 7, 2025.

- Deadline for submitting proposals and depositing deposit to participate in the selection:

Before 10:30 am on July 14, 2025.

2. Place of issuance of Invitation to participate and submission of Proposal

- Units receive wishes to participate in the auction the Invitation to participate (free of charge) directly at the Planning Department (2nd Floor, Port Office - Phu Bai International Airport, Group 10, Phu Bai Ward, Hue City). When receiving the application form, units must bring their ID card/CCCD, and authorization letter (if any).
