Coc San commune was established on the basis of merging Dong Tuyen, Coc San and Tong Sanh communes. After the merger, Coc San commune has an area of 57.19 km2; 2,100 households, of which ethnic minorities account for about 72%.
On the very first working day, the commune's one-stop department received dozens of applications for birth registration, land use right certificates, agricultural production support, etc.

Currently, the Center has 6/8 functional areas. The reception process for citizens is 4 steps, the settlement process for administrative agencies is 7 steps. After one working day, the Center organized the reception of 45 qualified dossiers, of which 16 dossiers were resolved and returned results.

Tang Loong commune entered a new phase with many opportunities and challenges after the merger. On the first day, the commune held the first People's Council meeting to complete the apparatus, and immediately started to solve administrative procedures and implement the task of building new rural areas.
