Attending and giving a speech directing the first session in Vinh Phuc ward, Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong requested that, immediately after the session, the Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Ward People's Council urgently complete and arrange key positions of the People's Council, People's Committee, specialized departments and offices and socio-political organizations in accordance with regulations.
In case of surplus, there must be a suitable arrangement or timely and satisfactory policy resolution according to the province's regulations with the motto "No cadre or civil servant is left behind and all positions are assigned to the right person for the right job".
Issue and thoroughly disseminate working regulations of the People's Council, People's Committee, and coordination regulations between departments, offices, and units, ensuring clear identification of people, work, responsibilities, and time.
Speaking at the first session of the People's Council of Hy Cuong commune, Chairman of the People's Council of Phu Tho province Bui Van Quang requested that the People's Council of the commune quickly stabilize the government apparatus and organize activities to ensure synchronization, efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency; not to miss or interrupt work.
Improve the quality of leadership and management activities of the commune government; tighten discipline, increase responsibility, and improve professional ethics for cadres, civil servants, and public employees in performing public duties.
Urgently develop and promulgate new working regulations of the People's Council and People's Committee; assign tasks to the Standing Committee of the People's Council, Committees of the People's Council, and members of the People's Committee of the commune.
The People's Council of the commune directed the People's Committee of the commune to develop a realistic economic development plan; focus on building a model new rural area, creating livelihoods for the people; especially preserving the identity and cultural lifestyle of the sacred Ancestral Land.
