Through on-site inspections at the two wards, although there were quite a lot of people coming to do administrative procedures, the work of receiving and handling administrative records was still carried out smoothly and in accordance with procedures. People expressed satisfaction with the service attitude and active support spirit at the one-stop department.

In addition, the youth volunteer team also mobilized to support people with basic operations on public devices; install and use the VNeID application, electronic identification accounts. At the same time, support people to use the National and local Public Service Portal, including operations such as: Submitting documents online, looking up settlement results, making online payments, registering for electronic citizen accounts, etc.

Leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Hue City People's Committee presented gifts to encourage the youth volunteer team in Kim Long ward.

At the units, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ai Van and Mr. Nguyen Chi Tai highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and dedicated service attitude of the cadres, civil servants and public employees at the one-stop department. The two-level government system was initially operated synchronously, ensuring smoothness in receiving and returning administrative procedure results, without any congestion or interruption.

Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Chi Tai emphasized that the commune-level government plays a key role in directly serving the people. The efforts, initiative and sense of responsibility of grassroots officials will be the measure of the success of the new model. From there, it will contribute to the stable and effective operation of the administrative apparatus, in line with the direction of building a serving government.

Notably, on the morning of July 7, 40 youth volunteer teams simultaneously launched activities to support and guide people in carrying out administrative procedures at the Public Administration Service Center and one-stop shops of 40 new communes and wards in the city. City leaders highly appreciated the pioneering spirit and responsibility of union members and youth and suggested continuing to promote their effective supporting role in building a friendly and people-friendly government.
