Lang Son completes staff arrangement for 65 new communes and wards

- The Standing Committee of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee has completed the work of developing a plan to arrange and assign cadres and civil servants to 65 newly established communes and wards.

Accordingly, in this deployment, Lang Son has mobilized and arranged 20 provincial-level cadres to hold key positions in newly established communes and wards. At the same time, 14 comrades who were mobilized and transferred to the district will continue to hold key positions in the new communes.

Comrade Ho Tien Thieu, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and members of the delegation inspected the material facilities in Chien Thang commune (new).

Regarding specific results, the whole province has 1,493/1,777 members of the Party Executive Committee of communes and 563/591 members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of communes appointed. 100% of the Party Secretaries of communes and wards (65/65 comrades), Chairmen of communes and wards (65/65 comrades), Vice Chairmen of People's Councils of communes and wards (65/65 comrades) and Vice Chairmen of People's Committees of communes and wards (130/130 comrades) have been arranged. Of which, there are 65 Vice Chairmen of People's Committees and Directors of Public Administration Service Centers at commune and ward level.

Regarding the staff structure, the proportion of young staff under 42 years old is 34%, female staff is 31%, and ethnic minority staff accounts for 75.9%, ensuring compliance with regulations.
