During the working trip, 108 Military Central Hospital visited and presented gifts to wounded and sick soldiers and staff of the Nghe An Province Nursing Center for Meritorious People.
The hospital presented 25 million VND to policy beneficiaries at the Center; 10 gifts to seriously wounded and sick soldiers, each worth 1 million VND; and 5 million VND to the staff working at the Center.

The delegation also visited and presented gifts to war invalids, sick soldiers, martyrs' relatives, and families of people with meritorious services to the revolution in Dong Ha ward, Quang Tri province; presented 20 gifts to people with meritorious services and relatives of people with meritorious services in difficult circumstances in the ward.
Each gift shows deep and sincere gratitude from the staff of 108 Central Military Hospital.
Participating in this meaningful trip for the first time, member Nguyen Thi Le Quyen - Nurse of the Acute and Emergency Department, 108 Central Military Hospital emotionally shared: “The trip is not only an opportunity for us to express our infinite gratitude for the great sacrifices of generations of fathers and brothers who fell for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, but also to deeplyeducate about the tradition of “When drinking water, remember its source” of the nation. Directly visiting historical sites and martyrs’ cemeteries, we understand more deeply the losses and hardships that the heroes have gone through, thereby becoming more proud of the glorious revolutionary tradition of the nation."

Through gratitude activities, the hospital’s youth union members and employees learn more about the history and sacrifices of heroes and martyrs for the independence and freedom of the nation. From there, the young generation has great motivation to constantly strive to study, practice, and devote their youth and intelligence to the cause of protecting and taking care of the health of soldiers and people.
