Accordingly, the project recently approved by Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee is a concentrated dairy farming and milk processing area applying high technology.
Deployed on an area of 451 hectares in Quang Son commune, the project aims to raise dairy cows, process milk and dairy products, and plant forestry trees.

In this area, 376 hectares are planned to build a dairy farm. The remaining 75 hectares are planned to grow forestry trees to serve the project. This dairy farm is designed to raise 50,000 cows, of which 25,000 are milk cows.
This project has a total investment of more than 8,000 billion VND. Of which, the investor has contributed 5,000 billion VND, the rest is borrowed from credit institutions.
The investor implementing the project is Dak Nong High-tech Dairy Farm and Milk Processing Company Limited. This enterprise is located in Bac Gia Nghia ward, Lam Dong province.
The project's operating period is 48 years, starting from the date the State allocates or leases the land. The investor must complete relevant procedures and invest in construction to put the project into operation in 2031.

This is the largest dairy farming project with the largest total investment approved to date in Lam Dong province. The project is implemented in Quang Son commune, a western commune of Lam Dong province.
The project is expected to effectively exploit land funds, create jobs and develop the milk supply chain for Lam Dong province. Once completed, the project will create a great driving force, promoting the development of the agricultural sector in particular and the local socio-economic sector in general.
