Accordingly, subjects who are eligible to purchase or lease-purchase social housing according to the provisions of the law on housing and already own a house, but it is 30 km or more away from their workplace, are entitled to social housing support policies and are only allowed to purchase or lease-purchase social housing that is closer to their workplace than their own house.

The distance from one's own house to the workplace is determined by the length of the shortest road or waterway route. The distance from the purchased or leased social housing to the workplace is also determined by the length of the shortest road or waterway route from the social housing to the workplace of the person registering to purchase or lease the social housing.
Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, branches, agencies, units and communes, wards and special zones to guide, inspect, supervise, synthesize and report on the implementation of the above regulations.
Investors in social housing construction are required to research and receive applications for purchase and lease-purchase of social housing to ensure the correct subjects and conditions according to regulations.
The above social housing support policy is applied by Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee from July 1 to May 31, 2030.
