The sign separating Nam Sach district and Hai Duong city on provincial road 390C was withdrawn.

Through a preliminary review of national and provincial highways managed by the Department of Construction, 653 signs and 568 kilometer markers need to be corrected. For inland waterways, 15 signs need to be corrected.

The main changes are related to the names of administrative units after the merger, adjusting distances and directions to ensure consistency and accuracy in traffic management.
