The pickleball tournament "Dan Tri 20 years - Bright new days" took place on July 5 and 6 in Hanoi , gathering 574 athletes to participate. The Organizing Committee said that all fees collected from athletes houses (at 500,000 VND/person) will not be used to cover the organization costs but will be used to support the construction of 5 Charity houses, helping 5 households especially with difficult circumstances in Cao Bang.
On the evening of July 6, the final event of the "Dan Tri 20 Years - New Bright Days" pickleball tournament witnessed the couple Le Viet Hung (born in 1991) and Nguyen Dang Dung (born in 1988) crowned champions when they excellently defeated the couple Huy Hoang - Duc Hung in the final match of the 6.5 men's doubles event.
Both athletes showed their fiery spirit and determination in each match, having previously traveled more than 300km from Lao Cai province to Hanoi to participate in the Dan Tri pickleball tournament.

However, the journey to the finals of Viet Hung and Dang Dung was not easy when they met many strong opponents in the rounds, especially when this event had a large number of athletes participating with 41 pairs, 9 more pairs than the initial plan of the Organizing Committee.
"We were very lucky to have traveled more than 300km and won the championship this time. The feeling after the victory was really happy and joyful.
We both always encourage each other to try our best in every match. There were many difficult times but we knew how to overcome them. The opponents in the matches were all very strong as the Organizing Committee judged very closely," Athlete Viet Hung expressed his joy after the victory.
