In 2025, the province's total public investment capital is 5,549,048 million VND, including: The 2024 capital plan extends the implementation period and disbursement to 2025 is 898,390 million VND; The 2025 public investment capital plan is 4,650,658 million VND, of which the State budget capital assigned by the Prime Minister is 4,391,909 million VND, the provincial capital is additionally assigned 95,296 million VND, and the district-level capital is additionally assigned 109,350 million VND. The allocated public investment capital assigned to investors for implementation is 5,549,048 million VND, reaching 100% of the plan.

By the end of June 30, the province's public investment capital disbursement results were VND 2,258,161 million, reaching 40.7% of the plan. Of which, the disbursement of the 2024 capital plan extended the implementation period and disbursed to 2025 was VND 356,229 million, reaching 39.7% of the plan. The disbursement of the 2025 public investment capital plan was VND 1,901,932 million, reaching 40.9%, specifically: the State budget capital assigned by the Prime Minister was disbursed VND 1,880,284 million, reaching 42.8% of the plan (investment capital in the local budget balance was VND 270,989 million, central budget capital was VND 1,609,295 million); the province's additional capital was VND 391 million, reaching 0.3% of the plan; The district's additional capital was 21,257 million VND, reaching 19.4% of the plan.

The province's public investment disbursement results in 2025 are still lower than the minimum level of 50% of the capital plan as required in Directive No. 07/CT-UBND dated April 11, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman focusing on implementing key tasks and solutions to promote economic growth and promote public investment disbursement, ensuring the growth target in 2025 reaches 8% or more . However, it is higher than the national average (estimated at 32.5% of the plan) and higher than the same period in 2024 at 24.2%.
