The relic cluster of Ba La Bong Temple and Communal House belongs to Group 3, La Bong village (Hoa Tien commune), located about 16km southwest of the city center.
La Bong communal house is an important place for community activities and spiritual beliefs of La Bong village, worshiping the village's God, Quan Thanh, Ba Ngu Hanh and the ancestors who have contributed to the establishment of the village. This place is a witness and a place to mark many important events of the locality.
Ba La Bong Temple is the place to worship Lady Duong Phi. The existence of Ba La Bong Temple to this day is closely linked to a historical and cultural context between Cham - Viet and a "system" of stories with sacred elements creating a profound and mysterious cultural space surrounding the existence of Ba La Bong Temple.
In the temple grounds, there are currently three steles erected in the years Minh Mang 16 (1835), Duy Tan 3 (1909) and Duy Tan 10 (1916). These steles have accompanied and become evidence of the historical changes of La Bong land.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi emphasized that this is the first relic of Da Nang city to hold a ceremony to receive a certificate of recognition after completing the work of arranging administrative units.
This is not only to honor and affirm the historical and cultural values of the relic but also to acknowledge by the City People's Committee the contributions of the government and people of Hoa Tien commune in preserving and promoting the value of national cultural heritage.
Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi requested the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, together with the government and people of Hoa Tien commune, to inherit and further promote the responsibility and role in managing, protecting and promoting the value of the Ba La Bong Communal House and Temple Relic Complex, focusing on perfecting and consolidating the activities of the Ba La Bong Communal House and Temple Relic Complex Management Board.
Continue to restore, maintain and transmit the values of tangible and intangible heritage and documentary heritage associated with the Ba La Bong Temple and Communal House Relic Complex, paying special attention to the work of protecting and promoting the value of the three stone steles at Ba La Bong Temple.
Strengthening community cultural activities and traditional education at relics; strengthening propaganda and promotion work; researching plans to promote the value of relics to exploit tourism development, contributing to promoting local socio -economic development.
