LOTTE FLEX - Modern financial solution, integrated at point of sale

Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank) and LOTTE C&F Vietnam Company Limited have just held a ceremony to announce and launch the consumer finance product LOTTE FLEX.

LOTTE FLEX is a product in the strategic cooperation chain between VPBank and LOTTE C&F, aiming to bring a fast, flexible and convenient financial experience to modern consumers. Accordingly, customers only need to register and identify themselves online on the LOTTE C&F application to be granted a credit limit without having to assess relatives or provide documents proving income. The entire approval process takes place 100% online, taking only about 30 seconds.

LOTTE FLEX provides a credit limit of 8 to 20 million VND, allowing users to choose flexible installment terms: 1, 2, 3, 6 or 12 months. The 0% interest rate and late payment fee of only 30,000 VND/period help customers easily access financial services without the pressure of costs. The granted limit can be used for online payment or QR code scanning at LOTTE retail systems such as LOTTE Mall Tay Ho, LOTTE Center Hanoi and the entire LOTTE Mart chain nationwide.
