The sharing and questions from students showed that they are deeply interested in social, economic , educational, environmental issues and the role of Unesco in supporting Vietnam. The students themselves demonstrated their role as global citizens, ready to actively contribute to Unesco in finding solutions to challenges, towards a better future for Vietnam and the world.

At the event, Mr. Firmin Edouard Matoko, Assistant Director-General for External Relations and African Affairs shared: “Indeed, both Vietnam and Unesco recognize the essential role of youth in addressing the most pressing challenges of the world and Vietnam. Over the past 25 years, Unesco has implemented many meaningful projects with Vietnamese youth in all its areas of expertise: youth promoting innovation and creativity, ensuring women and children of ethnic minorities have access to education, or encouraging young people's creative ideas in combating climate change and coping with environmental challenges”.

At the dialogue, Mr. Ha Kim Ngoc, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam, Chairman of the Vietnam National Commission for Unesco, had a very interesting and inspiring interaction with the students. He encouraged the young people to nurture their dreams, beliefs and determination to turn their dreams into reality, towards a future that contributes to the sustainable development of the country and furthermore, to become leaders of Unesco.

On this occasion, the program also organized a small grant awarding ceremony for cultural projects from the SOVICO Group's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Pilot Program, supported by the Unesco Office in Hanoi to develop strategies and provide technical advice. Three grants worth USD 5,000, USD 10,000 and USD 20,000 were awarded to three outstanding projects including:
