With the motto of considering workers as the center of sustainable development, Goertek Vina Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (Nam Son - Hap Linh Industrial Park) has taken practical and meaningful action when signing a contract to purchase more than 110 tons of fresh lychee to give to workers. In recent days, lychee has been included in meals in the Company's kitchen and is being prepared to be delivered to workers.

According to Mr. Jiang Hong Zhai, General Director of the Company, in the past few days, the lychees delivered to the Company have been fresh and delicious, receiving positive feedback from the staff. Not only that, Goertek Vina is planning to bring lychees to the General Company in China in the next crop season to spread the value of Vietnamese agricultural products to the Group's global workforce. As a subsidiary of Goertek Group (China), Goertek Vina Science and Technology Co., Ltd. creates jobs for more than 43,000 workers, and is currently one of the units that manufacture and supply electronic components, especially acoustic products such as headphones, speakers, microphones, mobile devices and smart devices.
Along with Goertek Vina, Welstory Vietnam Limited Liability Company (VSIP Bac Ninh II Industrial Park) operates in the field of providing large-scale industrial meals (about 250 thousand meals/day) and also purchases dozens of tons of lychee. In addition to giving them to workers, the Company also includes lychee in meals provided to customers. Meals containing lychee are highly appreciated, the Company hopes to continue to cooperate and connect with gardeners in the next lychee crop.
According to information from the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board, up to now, more than 200 tons of lychee have been purchased and distributed to workers by enterprises in the industrial park. Besides the two leading enterprises, many other large units have also actively responded such as: Foxconn Group, Crystal Martin Co., Ltd., Luxshare Vietnam Group, Fushan Vietnam Co., Ltd., New Wing Interconnect Technology Co., Ltd.

This is the first year the province has promoted the consumption of lychee right in the enterprises in the industrial park, a new direction with great potential. Mr. Chou I Wen, in charge of Foxconn Headquarters in Vietnam, said that the activity organized by the Bac Ninh provincial government has profound meaning. As a foreign-invested enterprise operating in the area, the Company joins in response to the program, because this is not only an opportunity to promote the consumption of agricultural products but also contributes to spreading the values of cooperation for the community. This time, not only the Group but also a number of the Group's related suppliers and partners join the program, demonstrating the spirit of multi-dimensional linkage in the value chain.

According to comrade Pham Van Thinh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, with the characteristics of a short crop season, only about one month and the requirement to ensure freshness, the government and lychee growers need to quickly bring the product to consumers. Accompanying the people, the province has implemented synchronous measures to promote and connect consumption both domestically and for export. In particular, the new point is to promote consumption in enterprises in industrial parks.
Bringing this specialty to the kitchen and as a gift for workers helps promote agricultural product consumption, thereby also being a vivid reminder that the lychee season has arrived and will soon pass if not enjoyed in time. The model of connecting local products with concentrated consumer demand in industrial zones is showing clear effectiveness. This is not only a necessary solution for this year's crop season but also a direction that should continue to expand in the coming years in densely populated areas with high labor density.
