Seven units were licensed to exploit land for leveling and brick making, including: Hoang Ha Mineral Exploitation Company Limited; Thanh Nam Real Estate Company Limited; Nam Huyen Trading and Transportation Services Company Limited; IPS Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Company; 68 Truong Sinh Construction Investment Joint Stock Company; Tan Hung Land Exploitation Company Limited; Dung Bich Trading, Service and Construction Company Limited.

The above enterprises are licensed to exploit land for leveling in the communes of Luc Son, Tam Tien, Nghia Phuong, Kep to serve the construction works and projects being implemented in the area. The total mineral reserves licensed for exploitation are 19.3 million m3 of land. Exploitation time is from 2.5 years to 10 years/mine.
The remaining Tien Du Port Joint Stock Company was granted a license by the Provincial People's Committee to exploit brick clay and associated minerals in Nam Duong commune with a reserve of more than 1.1 million m3 of soil. The time to exploit brick clay of this enterprise is until April 2031.
According to regulations, enterprises licensed to exploit minerals must pay fees for granting mineral exploitation rights; declare and pay resource tax and environmental protection fees for exploiting mineral reserves; and conduct exploitation activities in accordance with the correct coordinates, area, depth, reserves and capacity.
At the same time, organize boundary markers, notify exploitation time, number of vehicles and equipment used to exploit and transport minerals to the Department of Agriculture and Environment, Provincial Police, and Department of Construction.
It is known that granting mineral exploitation licenses to enterprises aims to promptly provide materials for construction projects in the area, avoid the shortage of land for leveling, and at the same time meet the raw materials for brick production.
