To facilitate citizens' transactions and work contacts, currently Hac Thanh Ward Police will receive, guide, and handle main procedures for citizens at the following 3 locations:

1- The central cluster (headquarters) is located at the headquarters of the Ward Police, the People's Committee of the old Dong Huong Ward (including the wards: Dong Huong, Dong Hai and Lam Son). Address: Ha Van Nho Street, Hac Thanh Ward, Thanh Hoa Province.

2- Cluster 2: Headquarters located at the old Dien Bien Ward Police Headquarters (including wards: Dien Bien, Truong Thi, Phu Son and part of Dong Tho). Address: 04, Phan Chu Trinh, Hac Thanh Ward, Thanh Hoa Province.

3- Cluster 3: Located at the headquarters of Dong Ve Ward Police (including wards: Dong Ve, Ngoc Trao, Ba Dinh, Dong Son and part of An Hung). Address: 42, Nguyen Son, Hac Thanh Ward, Thanh Hoa Province.

People can go to all of the above locations to resolve administrative procedures. For procedures to issue, change ID cards, and register vehicles, please go to the head office at the address: Ha Van Nho Street, Hac Thanh Ward, Thanh Hoa Province for guidance and resolution.
