Develop a plan to establish a press center to direct and orient information about the anniversary activities, especially the anniversary ceremony, parade, and march; Organize a national exhibition of socio -economic achievements with the theme "Brilliant Vietnam, 80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness"; Organize a contest to create propaganda posters about the event.
In particular, the National Achievements Exhibition on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day will take place from August 28 to September 5, 2025, at the National Exhibition Center (Co Loa, Dong Anh, Hanoi ) with the theme "Brilliant Vietnam, 80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness."
The exhibition introduces and displays the country's outstanding achievements in 80 years of construction and development in key areas such as: industry-technology; invest-trade; agriculture-rural areas; security-defense; foreign affairs; health, education; culture, sports and tourism.
At the same time, introduce Vietnamese culture - Country - People with 4,000 years of cultural tradition; the rich cultural diversity of 54 ethnic groups; the richness of resources, products of three regions and outstanding architectural works past and present across the country.
Introducing green industries and Vietnam's green transformation and digital transformation journey; Vietnam's aviation and aerospace industry; Vietnam's security and defense industry...
To implement this plan, the Ministry assigned agencies and units under the Ministry to implement it, such as: Department of Performing Arts; Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibitions; Department of Grassroots Information and Foreign Information; Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information; Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library, etc.
The leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requested that propaganda and commemorative activities be organized in many vivid forms, ensuring solemnity, practicality, effectiveness, focus, key points, suitable to the actual situation, in accordance with current regulations and towards the people, so that people can participate and benefit; closely linked with propaganda for party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, patriotic emulation movements, political events of the country, ministries, branches, and localities, creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm, excitement, and trust in the Party and the people./.
