Relevant departments must proactively handle work within their scope of functions, promptly advise the Provincial People's Committee on matters under their authority; at the same time, guide and inspect the Investor to fully comply with processes and procedures, ensuring construction progress and quality of the project.

Lam Kinh, located in Tho Xuan district, is a sacred land associated with the life and career of Le Loi, who led the Lam Son uprising to regain independence for the nation after more than 20 years of resistance against the Ming invaders.

After ascending the throne in 1428, King Le Thai To built a capital city in his hometown Lam Son called Lam Kinh or Tay Kinh, parallel to Dong Kinh (ie Thang Long).

Here, the Le Dynasty built many large-scale temples and mausoleums to worship ancestors and serve as resting places for kings. Architectural works such as Lam Kinh Main Palace, Dragon Courtyard, Dragon Terrace, Nghi Mon Gate, Thai Temple, Bach Bridge, Stele House, Ancient Well, Nhu Ang Lake, Ngoc River, Le Lai Temple... all bear the cultural and historical imprint of a golden period in the nation's history.

In 1962, Lam Kinh was ranked as a National Historical Relic. In 2012, it was further recognized as a Special National Relic under Decision No. 1419/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister .

Over the past decade, the restoration, conservation and promotion of relic values have always received special attention from authorities at all levels, experts and the social community.

Up to now, about 20 items have been renovated and restored, with a total budget of hundreds of billions of VND mobilized from the state budget and socialized sources.

Continuing to implement the project to restore the remaining items not only has the meaning of preserving heritage, but also contributes to honoring the national cultural and historical values, educating the tradition of patriotism, and at the same time promoting the tourism potential of the ancient capital of Thanh Hoa.

In the context of more and more heritages facing the risk of being lost, Thanh Hoa province's acceleration of the Lam Kinh project is a positive signal, demonstrating the determination to preserve the immutable values of history, national traditions and the indomitable spirit of the Le Loi era.
