The Legal Committee has 39 members, including the Head of the Committee, 4 Deputy Heads including comrades: Nguyen Thi Thanh Mai, Le Minh Duc, Nguyen Van Dat, Dau Duc Cuong ; 34 members are People's Council delegates working part-time.
The Culture - Society Committee has 40 members, including the Head of the Committee; 5 Deputy Heads of the Committee, including comrades: Nguyen Thi Thao Nguyen, Nguyen Minh Nhut, Nguyen Thi Nga, Nguyen Khoa Dieu An, Nguyen Van Tuan ; 34 members are People's Council delegates working part-time.
The Urban Committee has 16 members, including the Chairman; 3 Deputy Chairmen, including comrades: Le Xuan Vien, Pham Thi Thanh Huong, Nguyen Thi Hai Yen; 12 members are People's Council delegates working part-time.
