On July 3, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee held a ceremony to announce and hand over retirement decisions to leaders of Ho Chi Minh City and officials under the management of the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee. Comrade Nguyen Van Nen, Politburo member and Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, chaired the ceremony.
Attending the event were comrades: Pham Viet Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Chairman of the People's Council of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province (old); Nguyen Thanh Nghi, member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; Nguyen Van Duoc, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee; Vo Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council; Nguyen Phuoc Loc, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City; Dang Minh Thong, Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.
Put your trust in the next generation
At the ceremony, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Dinh Thanh Nhan announced the Politburo's Decision on allowing comrade Nguyen Thi Le, Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council, and member of the 15th National Assembly , to retire early according to her personal wishes.

Along with that is the Secretariat's Decision on allowing Comrade Nguyen Thi Yen, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation (term XV) of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, to retire early. The Secretariat's Decision on allowing Comrade Nguyen Van Loc, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Binh Duong province, to retire early according to his personal wishes.
Comrade Nguyen Thi Le, Comrade Nguyen Thi Yen and Comrade Nguyen Van Loc retired early from July 1.

During the ceremony, the decisions on early retirement were announced for the following comrades: Nguyen Minh Thuy, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Huu Hiep, member of the City Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary of the Thu Duc City Party Committee; Tran Kim Yen, member of the City Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; Duong Ngoc Hai, member of the City Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee; Vo Van Hoan, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.

Speaking on behalf of the retired comrades, comrade Nguyen Thi Le shared that she had 36 years of working and being attached to Ho Chi Minh City, full of honor and pride to contribute to the development of Ho Chi Minh City. Each contribution is a meaningful journey, living and working with comrades and colleagues.

Throughout her career, she always kept in mind that all decisions and actions must come from the interests of the people, for the sustainable development of the city. Although she has retired, Nguyen Thi Le still holds the role of National Assembly delegate and Ho Chi Minh City People's Council delegate. She pledges to continue contributing to the development of the country and Ho Chi Minh City.
Comrade Nguyen Thi Le expressed her confidence in the next generation of leaders of Ho Chi Minh City, with their youth, dynamism, creativity, and dedication, working together to make Ho Chi Minh City develop more and more civilized, modern, and humane, worthy of its role as the economic locomotive of the country and the center of the region.
Ho Chi Minh City works and creates the future
Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Van Nen respectfully expressed his gratitude to the comrades who retired early. The comrades voluntarily and exemplaryly retired early for the country and for Ho Chi Minh City.

The Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee respectfully acknowledged that the city has achieved what it has today thanks in part to the contributions of comrades. Comrades have worked with Ho Chi Minh City to “work and create for the future” when researching and advising the Central Government to issue resolutions for the city to develop.
Especially, in difficult times, full of challenges, especially in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic, comrades have joined hands and united with the city to overcome.
The Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee respectfully acknowledged and affirmed that future generations will show gratitude and continue the cause of building and developing a new Ho Chi Minh City.

The Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee shared that after 3 days of operating the 2-level local government model, Ho Chi Minh City was assessed by the Central Government as one of the localities that did well.
The city leaders respectfully acknowledge the joint efforts of the entire political system of the city, of agencies, units, localities, staff and the great support of all classes of people to achieve very positive initial results.
According to the Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, on July 2, the Central Steering Committee on Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation launched three digital platforms to serve the implementation of Resolution 57. "The digital platforms serving the implementation of Resolution 57 are very important and very new," the Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee emphasized, noting that leaders, especially heads, must understand and grasp them to direct the implementation of assigned tasks. Ho Chi Minh City must work to be worthy of its assigned mission.

The Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee sent a message to the team of cadres and party members who are continuing to carry out the mission of contributing to the development of the country and Ho Chi Minh City in the new period with very high requirements and tasks.
"Every space we work in Ho Chi Minh City is a Ho Chi Minh cultural space," the Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee emphasized and urged each cadre and party member to strive to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.
Comrade believes that each person must prepare their mind, reflect on themselves, act decisively, and study hard to equip themselves with the necessary skills to meet new requirements and tasks. In each position, each person must strive to work effectively, produce products, and create values that contribute to society.
