The clip also includes the line "It's the end of the year, be careful, at 11am a thief brazenly removed the wheel right at the intersection of To Huu - Cao Xuan Huy" . This clip has attracted more than 1,000 views, dozens of likes and comments.

This content affects security and order in the city, causing confusion among the public.

The police worked with the car owner and learned that the car had a flat tire so he called a mechanic to remove the tire and fix it. The wife, not knowing, thought the tire had been stolen and reported it to the neighborhood leader and the police.

Mr. NTL is a neighbor. When he heard the neighborhood leader ask "Do you know who removed the wheel?" he said he saw a stranger come and remove the wheel; checking the camera also showed the same image.

With only the above information, Mr. L. posted a clip online with baseless comments about the theft.

Immediately after discovering the truth, Mr. L. removed the content of the above clip. The police are proposing to handle Mr. L. according to the provisions of the law.
