Despite the low starting point, up to now, Cao Bang province has had 144 OCOP products, of which 13 products have achieved 4 stars and 131 products have achieved 3 stars.

In 2023 alone, Cao Bang province has 68 products meeting OCOP standards, of which 61 are newly registered products, reaching 203% of the plan.

Cao Bang province's OCOP products mainly belong to 4 product groups, 124 food products, 11 beverage products, 6 handicraft products. In addition, this locality has also built 3 products of community tourism services, eco-tourism and tourist destinations. The subjects of OCOP products are mainly cooperatives, cooperative groups and 10 enterprises in the area.

In addition to developing the number of products, Cao Bang province is also actively promoting and promoting trade. In 2023, the province supported more than 50 participants to participate in 19 events, festivals, and trade fairs promoting OCOP products and specialty products in provinces and cities across the country. Cao Bang also annually organizes the province's OCOP product trade promotion fair to sell and introduce OCOP products and regional specialty products.
