Currently, the National Economics University has not announced the tuition fees for applied-oriented programs or programs in English. The school also clearly stated that the roadmap for increasing tuition fees is a maximum of 10% for each year and is implemented according to Decree 81 of the Government .

Tuition fees at Hanoi University of Science and Technology from next year will be around 28-90 million VND, an increase of 3-5 million VND compared to present. Accordingly, tuition fees for the standard program will be around 28-35 million VND per year, an increase of 4-5 million compared to present.
Tuition for high-quality programs has increased from VND33-42 million to about VND35-45 million per year, depending on the major. In particular, the tuition for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (IT-E10) and Logistics and Supply Chain Management (EM-E14) is VND64-67 million, with no increase.
For international programs and international training partnerships, Hanoi University of Science and Technology charges an average tuition fee of 25-30 million VND per semester. For the Business Administration (TROY-BA) and Computer Science (TROY-IT) programs in cooperation with Troy University in the US, the tuition fee is about 78-90 million VND per year, with three semesters per year.
Accordingly, the tuition fee for the Computer Science and Computer Engineering majors of the standard program ranges from 28 to 35 million VND. The tuition fee for the Computer Science major of the talent program ranges from 33 to 35 million VND/school year.
According to the 2025 enrollment plan, Foreign Trade University plans to apply tuition fees from 25.5 - 27.5 million VND/school year (an increase of 2.5 - 3.5 million VND compared to last year) for the standard program. The high-quality program is from 49 - 51 million VND/school year (an increase of 3 - 4 million VND compared to last year). The advanced program is from 73 - 85 million VND/school year. The remaining programs are from 31.5 - 65 million VND/school year.
The Computer Science and Data Science program in economics and business has a tuition fee of 31.5 million VND/academic year.
The Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology expects tuition fees for new students in the next course to be 29.6-62.5 million VND/year (an increase of 2.6-10.2 million compared to the present).
Specifically, the average tuition for mass programs ranges from 29.6 to 37.6 million VND (an increase of 2.6 to 3.6 million VND). Tuition for high-quality programs ranges from 49.2 to 55 million VND, and international joint programs range from 54 to 62.5 million VND. Compared to last year, the highest increase is 10.2 million VND.
For the majors of Machine Science (Data Science Orientation), Computer Networks and Data Communications (Data Engineering), tuition fees range from 29.6 - 37.6 million VND/school year.
Next school year, the University of Technology (Vietnam National University, Hanoi) will apply tuition fees for students ranging from 34 to 40 million VND/school year. Specifically, the tuition fee for Computer Science and Computer Engineering is 40 million VND/school year.
University of Information Technology (Ho Chi Minh City National University) applies new tuition fees for the 2025-2026 school year with programs ranging from 37 - 140 million VND/school year.
This year, Ton Duc Thang University expects the tuition fee for the standard program to range from 29.77 - 66.79 million VND/school year (an increase of 2.71 - 6.07 million VND compared to last year).
For the advanced program, the school applies tuition fees from 54 - 64 million VND/school year. For the English training program, the tuition fees apply from 79 - 84 million VND/school year (an increase of about 6 million VND compared to last year, depending on the major).
The international training joint program applies the highest tuition fee from 75 - 83 million VND/school year (remains the same as last year).
Of which, the standard Computer Science program has a tuition fee of 34.85 million VND/academic year. With the international training joint program, the Computer Science program (single degree 2+2) - joint program with Ostrava Technical University (Czech Republic) has a tuition fee of 76 - 77 million VND/academic year.
