Gasoline prices drop sharply across the board, RON95-III gasoline drops by up to 1,200 VND/liter

Gasoline prices fell sharply across the board in today's management session, July 3. This is the information on periodic gasoline price management that has just been announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance.

From 3:00 pm today (July 3), the maximum retail prices for petroleum products are applied as follows:

E5RON92 gasoline: no higher than VND 19,445/liter (down VND 1,085/liter compared to the operating price on July 1 - the date of application of Resolution No. 204/2025/QH15 on reducing value added tax).

RON95-III gasoline: no higher than VND19,906/liter (down VND1,210/liter compared to the operating price on July 1).

Diesel 0.05S: not higher than VND 18,408/liter (down VND 941/liter compared to the operating price on July 1).

Kerosene: no higher than VND 18,132/liter (down VND 932/liter compared to the operating price on July 1).

Mazut oil 180CST 3.5S: not higher than 15,807 VND/kg (down to 1,148 VND/kg compared to the operating price on July 1).

In response to recent developments in world petroleum product prices and the implementation of petroleum price management according to the market mechanism under State management, during the adjustment period on July 3, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance did not set aside or spend the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund for all of the above-mentioned products.

The adjustment of retail gasoline prices is decided by the main traders and distributors, but cannot be done earlier than 3:00 pm today, July 3.

The time to apply the new base price will last until the next announcement period of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Enterprises will adjust prices in accordance with the provisions of current Decrees and Circulars on the management of petroleum business and the use of the Price Stabilization Fund.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade will continue to coordinate with relevant agencies to inspect and monitor the implementation of regulations on ensuring petroleum supply, and strictly handle violations if detected.
