“Coffee and books” - a useful and meaningful model

(CT) - According to Ms. Phan Ngoc Tuoi, Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, President of the Ninh Kieu Ward Women's Union, in order to create a space for cultural activities, connect members and spread reading culture in the community, the Union has implemented the "Coffee and Books" model since March 2025. After more than 3 months of operation, the model has achieved many positive results, leaving a deep impression on members and local people.

Members and people come to enjoy coffee and read books, supporting the model's activities.

The “Coffee and Books” model is not only a place to enjoy coffee, but also a space for women members and people to read books, exchange knowledge, and share experiences in life and the Association’s work. The bookcases are carefully selected and arranged by the Association with diverse and rich content, helping women improve their understanding, knowledge and life skills.

In addition, at the "Coffee and Books" model, the Ward Women's Union regularly organizes branch meetings, thematic meetings, seminars, and sharing of good books... In particular, the profits from the model are used by the Union to organize activities to distribute "charitable meals" to female members and people in difficult circumstances in the ward.
