Ha Dong Commune requires households that illegally build on agricultural land to voluntarily dismantle illegal constructions.

Ha Dong Commune (Hai Phong) has announced that households building illegal structures on agricultural land must dismantle them themselves. If they do not comply, enforcement will be carried out.

A household in Thanh Thinh village (Ha Dong commune) built a house on agricultural land.

During the process of reviewing land violations, the People's Committee of Ha Dong Commune ( Hai Phong City) discovered more than 60 households illegally building structures on agricultural land.

According to the People's Committee of Ha Dong Commune, the violations occurred before July 1. Many households arbitrarily built permanent houses, temporary houses or auxiliary structures on land that was not allowed to change its purpose of use. These structures not only disrupt land use planning but also pose a potential risk of creating hot spots for construction order if not handled promptly.

After the discovery, the Party Committee and the People's Committee of the commune have counted and recorded the violations. The local government is urgently coordinating with specialized agencies to guide households to voluntarily dismantle the violating constructions. In cases of deliberate procrastination, the commune will resolutely enforce the demolition according to the law.

Mr. Vu Duc Hanh, Secretary of the Party Committee of Ha Dong commune, affirmed that the resolute handling of cases of encroachment and illegal construction on agricultural land aims to tighten land management, maintain legal discipline and ensure long-term rural development planning.
