Speaking at the launching ceremony, comrade Le Tuan Anh, Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union, emphasized: "Throughout the city's development journey, the youth volunteer movement has become a beautiful tradition, an important practical training environment for union members and young people."
According to the plan, from July 7 to August 30, 2025, at 168 Public Administration Centers of wards, communes, and special zones in Ho Chi Minh City, there will be support from youth volunteer teams: Green Summer, Pink Vacation, Green March, Digital Education, etc.
The teams are deployed with appropriate forces in each locality to perform specific tasks such as: supporting officials and civil servants at the commune and ward levels in basic administrative work; entering data into the system, arranging and digitizing records; guiding people on how to operate on online public service platforms; supporting the installation and use of the VNeID application and electronic identification accounts; disseminating and supporting people to access the National and local Public Service Portals.
In addition, the youth volunteer force also directly propagates and guides people in residential areas, organizes basic digital skills training classes, provides advice on preventing technology fraud, organizes visual communication activities, distributes leaflets, environmental protection handbooks, and propagates laws, aiming to strongly spread the message about digital government, digital society, etc.
